Justin Fitzpatrick

Justin Fitzpatrick is an experienced entrepreneur, CEO, and Non-Executive Director with deep expertise in data, fintech, and B2B software.
He is currently Chief Executive Officer of ESG Book, where he leads the company’s strategy and growth in providing market-leading ESG data, analytics, and disclosure solutions for financial institutions and corporates across London and Frankfurt.
Justin is also an Advisor at Outpost Advisors, supporting PE/VC-backed B2B software companies to scale profitably.
Previously, he was Chief Operating Officer and Co-founder of FullCircl, where he led product and partnerships and served as executive sponsor for many of the company’s largest clients. FullCircl was acquired by nCino (NASDAQ: NCNO) in October 2024.
Earlier in his career, Justin was Co-founder and CEO of DueDil, and has held senior roles at Gerson Lehrman Group and Brightwire, Inc. He was also a founding Non-Executive Director of Innovate Finance.
He has lived and worked across Asia and Europe for nearly a decade and has established offices for fintech start-ups in Singapore, Tokyo, and London.
Justin holds a Master’s in Political Science and Finance from the University of Oxford and London Business School, and a BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He speaks Japanese.
